Alpenhotel Laurin - special events require special actions!

Current information for guests - as of December 18th 2021

To enable a safe and successful winter season, the Ministry of Tourism and Health have drawn up specific winter rules. We have to adhere to the following rules. (will be adjusted depending on the legal provisions of the Austrian federal government)

Gastronomy and accommodation
Access only with 2G proof

Due to the prevailing Covid-19 regulation, from 08.11. the 2G rule!
For all of our Alpenhotel Laurin guests, one of the proofs must be provided at check IN, which we will check using the Green Check (children up to 12 years do not need a proof of admission)

The following is valid:

VACCINATION: Proof can be provided by means of a Green Pass, vaccination pass or printout (QR code)
Attention, vaccination certificates are no longer valid for 12 months, but only for 9 months after full immunization. The vaccination from Johnson & Johnson gild, originally designed as a one-time immunization - if not re-vaccinated - only until January 3rd.
Please inform yourself before arrival / booking whether your vaccine is a centrally approved vaccine against COVID-19.
There is a transition period for spontaneous people. Those who are vaccinated now can also visit 2-G areas for four weeks (08.11. - 08.12.2021 with a PCR test.

RECOVERY: Confirmation of recovery from a Covid-19 infection (not older than 6 months), proof of recovery from an infection with SARS-CoV-2 that has survived in the last 180 days or a medical confirmation that an infection with SARS survived in the last 180 days -CoV-2, which has been confirmed by molecular biology. (in German or English language)

Holiday Ninja Pass:
For a safe winter season, the Federal Ministry of Tourism has launched the Holiday Ninja Pass for children aged 12-15.
The Holiday-Ninja-Pass is an exception to the 2G proof for not or not fully vaccinated young people of school age (from 12 to 15 years) from Germany and abroad. This winter it applies to all children born after September 1st, 2006.

The pass is valid immediately and enables a family trip to the Ötztal!

PCR gargle tests:
Since Wednesday there has been an opportunity for guests at SPAR and MPreis to carry out a PCR gargle test throughout the Ötztal. You can find all the details on this website.

It is also possible to do the SARS COVID 19 - PCR test in Obergurgl in the outpatient clinic in Obergurgl (with advance notice) - possible daily, result within 2 hours. at a price of € 95.00 / test

FFP-2 mask compulsory applies to all public areas in closed rooms (in gastronomy this applies in particular if guests move outside their seat and in accommodation when entering generally accessible areas indoors.)

Operators and employees also have to wear an FFP2 mask when contacting customers in closed rooms.

The curfew of bars is set at 23:00.
