The Laurin sits at 2150 meters, an alpine hotel in Hochgurgl. Surrounded by snow and just a few steps from the slopes. A hotel for everyone who wants to get on their skis as quickly as possible in the morning and still isn´t quite done with the day after the last run.
At the Laurin, 2150 simply continues. In the warm water of Relax 2150, over a drink at the Panorama Bar, by the fire or at dinner. And eventually, in one of our modern alpine rooms, before the skis are waiting again the next morning.
That´s how we like winter. And it´s exactly why the Laurin exists.

The high altitude location in Hochgurgl makes the difference. Snow right outside the door, the slopes just 200 meters away and the mountains always in view. Up here, winter doesn´t start at the lift, it starts right at the Laurin.
You don´t have to spend every minute on your skis. At least, that´s what we think. A coffee, a slice of apple strudel - or better two. With views of the snow covered peaks of the Ötztal Alps and the surrounding 3000 metre mountains seemingly within reach, the break can easily last a little longer.
After skiing, the day continues at the Laruin. In the warm water of the Relax area, with the impressive 3000 metre peaks of the Ötztal Alps right outside the windows. The dinner, perhaps another drink at our bar and eventually off to bed. After all, the skis are waiting again tomorrow.
